I'm a stay at home mom and wife who loves to create from scratch meals for my little family of three. I'm passionate about everything food, cooking seasonally, eating well and supporting my local producers.
As of February 2012, I've begun teaching healthy cooking classes at a local weight loss facility. There I teach class participants how to make meals using new and fresh ingredients and how not to rely on fast food or store bought boxed items.
